How We Got Here

 (A passion for golf and dirt…. And endless frustration!)

Play Golf Calgary started as HeatherGlen Golf Course over

25 years ago as a 18 hole course outside of Calgary.

We expanded HeatherGlen to 27 holes in 1997.

HeatherGlen purchased The Links of GlenEagles in 2002 and

HeatherGlenEagles Golf Company Ltd. was born.

In 2012 HeatherGlenEagles Golf Company Ltd. purchased

Blue Devil Golf Club and opened the doors later that year.

Blue Devil was finished in 2013 with a full 18 holes, Range, Lil Devil, and Clubhouse.

With the addition of Blue Devil we wanted a company name that

reflected all 3 courses and in 2014 we applied to have

Play Golf Calgary to be the official trade name for

HeatherGlenEagles Golf Company Ltd.

Currently we are building  a new 36 hole course east of Calgary

on hwy 22x.  Serenity Golf Club will feature the Suncatcher 18, and the Dancing Bull 18.
