Focus has been on fine-tuning the new clubhouse. We spent time optimizing the HVAC system, pumps, electrical setup, and sound system to ensure everything runs efficiently...
We also added new booths and banquettes in the lounge area to create separation from the Mega Desk and provide more comfortable seating. To improve acoustics, we installed sound-absorbing panels in the banquet rooms and bathrooms.
On the course, we added 10 loads of sand to Dancing Bull, completed the tree-lined boulevard leading into the parking lot, and planted over 400 trees across various areas of Sun Catcher. Additionally, we welcomed 63 brand-new power carts to our fleet.
